Product Description
The 1MR375D-A170 rotor offered by Bosch Rexroth has an inside diameter of 170mm. This rotor weighs 132kg. The product must be transported by taking protective measures to prevent damage to its inside fitting when it is being transported. The device is supposed to be taken off from the spindle by utilizing only manually operated oil pumps. The spindle used with the unit must implement an arresting mechanism to prevent the rotor from sliding off suddenly when it is removed. The power loss experienced by this rotor is absorbed to a major extent by the coolant fluid. The product incorporates a laminated core encompassing balancing rings as well as a sleeve on its front.
The rotor is fitted onto the spindle by a shrinkfitting action. The product needs to be balanced for the required vibration severity grade as per DIN VDE 0530, Part 14 specifications after its assembly. The device can be joined to the associated spindle without using force. The unit comes along with a Viton O-ring, a rating plate and 17 threaded pins for sealing its pressure oil connections as well as balancing the rotor. It features a red corrosion protection lacquer coating for storage and transportation. This coating must be removed before the assembly process. The inside diameter of the rotor must be checked for cleanliness before the mounting process.
The product tends to have a very high temperature of over 50°C during operation. This device and the associated spindle should be clamped to each other so that the rotor is secured in its place on the spindle. The unit might have to be removed from the motor if it is damaged or there is a mistake in the assembly process. Its friction-locked step interference fit enhances the rigidity of the related spindle. This product supports a cage-type construction. The rotor with warranty backup for one year is shipped through logistics carriers with a worldwide network.
