Product Description
Bosch Rexroth produces rotors, stators, and drive controllers that are cost-effective, reliable, productive, and energy-efficient enough to operate factory-level machines of all types.
The 1MR310F-A118/S026 model weighs 97 kg and can only be used following the rotor instruction manual’s guidelines. The rotor dissipates one-third of the system’s heat and is driven by the stator’s magnetic field, resulting in a 5.5 kW power loss. The related stator receives power from the primary power source. Place the rotor horizontally in a sterile, clean environment. In a 6A winding designation, the 1MR rotor is fitted in the main spindle motor with the stator to deliver 480 Nm of torque at a torque constant of 8.82 Nm/A. The rotor has a 118mm inner diameter, 0.723 kgm2 moment of inertia, and three polar pairs. The temperature range of the model is 0 to +40 degrees Celsius. The employment parameters for the specified liquid coolant are applied to the entire drive system, which includes the motor, drive controller, and mains supply. They are based on on-site location and weather conditions. The 1MR rotor is intended for use in stators with frame lengths of “F” and winding identifications of 6A and 6B. In a 6B winding arrangement, the model has a power connector with a minimum cross-section of 35mm and a winding inductivity of 1.45 mH.
The model 1MR310F-A118/S026 must be insulated from fluids due to its insufficient level of protection. The maximum coolant input pressure for all 1MB motors is 3 bar, determined by the practical current pressure directly on the motor’s coolant connection. In a 6B winding, the model produces 35 kW of rated power and has a winding resistance of 0.12 ohms. In a 6A stator winding, the rotor can rotate at a maximum rotational speed of 1600 revolutions per minute by consuming a maximum voltage of 138.7 V. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
