Product Description
Bosch Rexroth aspires to develop cost-effective, secure, efficient, and energy-efficient rotors, stators, and drive controllers capable of operating factory-level machines of all types.
The 1MR310F-A118 model, along with the stator, is installed in the main spindle motor to deliver 20 kW of rated power while working at a rated current of 61 A in a 6A winding. The rotor has an inner diameter of 118 mm and has three polar pairs. The 1MR rotor, which is pushed by the magnetic field of the stator, is responsible for only one-third of the system's heat disposal. The primary power source powers the associated stator. Position the rotor horizontally in a sterile, dry environment for best performance and operation. Bosch Rexroth’s 1MB series frameless spindle motors are designed to be utilized as direct drives in motor spindles. Further sensors and actors may be required for the assessment and management of the 1MB frameless spindle motor. For application-specific motor utilization, many drive controller types with varying drive power and interfaces are available. Because of its insufficient level of protection, the 1MR rotor must be protected from fluids. The maximum coolant input pressure for all 1MB motors is 3 bar, based on the actual current pressure directly on the motor's coolant connection.
The model 1MR310F-A118 operates at 900 RPMs and has a temperature range of 0 to +40 degrees Celsius. The winding inductivity and resistivity of the model are 1.45 mH and 0.12 ohms, respectively. The rotor has a moment of inertia of 0.723 kgm2 while having a torque constant of 4.96 Nm/A at 20 degree Celsius. The product (1MR310F-A118) is available from Wake Industrial and comes with a 1-year replacement warranty.
