Product Description
The maintenance-free frameless spindle motors of the 1MB series by Bosch Rexroth are a class of motors with high power density and excellent running smoothness. They are designed to serve as direct drives in main spindles, performing milling, grinding, and turning operations. Some of their applications include transfer lines, processing centers, modern CNC machines, and special-purpose machines. The rotors in the 1MR series are units in these motors, and together, they are components of the robust Rexroth IndraDrive drive system.
The 1MR310B-A094 is a 1MR rotor model specifically designed for a 1MB frameless spindle motor with a frame size of 310 and a frame length B. It is frictionally engaged with the motor spindle by a multiple die press group. This spindle’s two fitting surfaces are arranged close to each other and have graduated diameters that ensure the alignment of the rotor to the spindle when it is mounted. They also allow the rotor to be unmounted safely. Balancing rings on the front of the rotor also allow it to be balanced to the desired vibration severity grade according to the DIN VDE 0530 standard.
The mass of the 1MR310B-A094 is 65kg and its moment of inertia is 0.477kgm2. Its laminated core is coated with a protective lacquer that prevents corrosion during its transport and/or storage. This lacquer has to be removed before the motor is assembled, but it can be reapplied after to enhance its durability. As a product of protection category IP 00, it should be operated with protective seals in damp or foggy atmospheres. This is because it is not protected against the entry of solid objects or water jets. This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
