The 1MR241D-A066 is a motor rotor manufactured by Rexroth Indramat to transfer the kinetic energy into industrial production systems. This rotor is part of a synchronous spindle motor; it is made of durable metallic materials and can support the operation of heavy loads. The 1MR241D-A066 motor rotor maintains high operational efficiency during operation; it also contains a high metal content and can be easily recycled once its usefulness has been exhausted. The maximum rotational speed of this rotor is about 9000 revolutions per minute; at this rotational speed, the motor also operates with the inertia that is about 0.125 kilograms per meter square. The rotational speed of this rotor is due to the interaction between the windings and the magnetic field of the motor; this produces torque around the rotor’s axis.

As a result, additional high-speed losses may occur, leading to an additional increase in temperature; however, this can be prevented by integrating a heat dissipation mechanism on the output shaft.
