Product Description
Bosch Rexroth ensures that its products meet the requirements of machine operations in several industries. Among the things available are rotors, stators, PC units, and industrial professional power tools.
The 1MR160N-A060 model has an insulation category of F, and it can be installed up to 1000 meters over sea level. The work fixture used to place the rotor must be heat resilient up to +200°C and able to sustain the weight of both the rotor and spindle. It must also provide a uniform and straight surface for the rotor. The 1MR rotor weighs 12.7 kg and is positioned in the main spindle directly to the stator. The component should be dealt with caution and in line with the user manual's instructions. The model should be operated and stored in a dry, shock-free environment. The rotor can reach a maximum speed of 4000 rpm by consuming the rated current of 60 A at a 4B stator winding configuration. Ensure personal safety by incorporating higher-level surveillance systems or methods that have been authorized and tested with the installation. If monitoring devices are disabled, circumvented, or not enabled, unintended machine movements can occur. The 1MR rotor must be protected from fluids due to its low protection grade of IP00.
The model 1MR160N-A060 is set up to draw power from a 303 V power supply and produces 28 kW of rated power (4A stator winding). An aluminum cooling jacket is installed in the designated stator for this model to maintain the ambient temperature. The rotor (1MR160N-A060) is meant to work ideally at maximum environmental temperatures of +40 degrees Celsius when installed in a stator with frame length "N" and several winding combinations (4A, 4B, 4C). This unit can be shipped globally with a one-year warranty period from Wake Industrial.
