The 1MR160H-B074/S001 model is designed according to the UL standards and is CE-certified. The rotor is designed by Bosch Rexroth and should only be used with the components specified by the company. The 1MR rotor should be stored horizontally in a dry and dust-free environment. Due to its IP00 protection classification, the rotor must be installed in an environment protected against liquids and ingress of dust. The model is engineered to be installed in the stator with frame length “H” and 4A winding code. The 1MR rotor is used as in the direct drive main spindle motor and generates the continuous torque of 64 Nm while operating at the constant current of 58 A. The rotor comes with a 74 mm inside diameter and it can operate at the rated speed of 3000 rpm. The peak speed achieved by this rotor is 12000 rpm by drawing the peak current of 132.2 A. The permissible temperature range of 1MR160H-B074-S001 rotor is 0 to +40 degree Celsius. The 1MS rotor must be protected against liquids due to its low protection category.
