The 1MR140F-A045 is a rotor for Bosch Rexroth 1MB motors. The rotor is the motor component that rotates or moves. The other motor component i.e. stator is stationary. The 1MR140F-A045 is a component of motors that have frame size of 140 and frame length of F. The inside diameter of the 1MR140F-A045 rotor is 45 millimeters. Weight of the rotor is approximately 6.1 kilograms. The rotor has a protection rating of IP00. Bosch has designed the 1MR140F-A045 for operation in temperatures ranging from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. The recommended range of ambient temperatures for rotor storage is -20 to 80 degrees Celsius. During rotor transport it should be ensured that the fitting on the inside of the rotor is not damaged. If the fitting gets damaged, it may be impossible to remove the rotor from the spindle.
Bosch recommends that the 1MR140F-A045 must be lifted and transported only with sling hoisting belts that are made of plastic or with a special hook that is sheathed inside plastic. At the time of delivery, the 1MR140F-A045 is delivered in the horizontal position. The rotor is packed inside Styrofoam half shells. During storage, the rotor must be kept dry and should be protected from dust and vibrations. Bosch has allowed storage of the 1MR140F-A045 rotor in either the vertical or the horizontal position. The steps involved in rotor mounting include shrinkfitting of the rotor to stator, dressing of the rotor to final dimensions and balancing of the rotor. The rotor is then attached to the spindle for further mounting. The handling and mounting of the rotor should only be performed by professionally trained and qualified technical personnel.
