The ZK4500 series cable is engineered with a high operating voltage capacity reaching up to 1000 V AC. It offers an insulation resistance of at least 500 MΩ*km aligning with DIN EN 50395 standards for high quality electrical safety. The cable ensures optimal power conduction with a wire resistance of no more than 19.5 Ω/km. For signal transmission at 24 V, the wire resistance is ≤ 55.0 Ω/km while the brake lines maintain a resistance of ≤ 26.0 Ω/km and support reliable operation across applications. This cable model is optimized for data integrity featuring a characteristic impedance of 110 Ω ± 10 Ω at a frequency of 10 MHz and is ideal for minimizing signal reflection and loss. Enhanced dielectric strength between both the individual wires and between the wire and shield offers reinforced safety with breakdown voltage ratings from 3 kV to 4 kV.
The cable features a durable jacket crafted from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) and is designed to withstand UV exposure and resist oils. This TPU coating complies with DIN standards and ensures robust protection in challenging environments where exposure to sunlight or oils is common. It is flame retardant, silicone free, RoHS compliant and CFC free. This ensures both safety and environmental compliance in various operational settings including high cycle drag-chain applications with up to 5 million cycles. The model’s copper bare conductor material ensures optimal electrical conductivity and its shielding effectiveness is rated at ≥ 85 %.
