The ZK1090-3131-1060 EtherCAT cable features a rated voltage of 63 V, a rated current of 4 A at 40 °C, and includes shielding for enhanced signal integrity. Both ends of the cable are equipped with M8 plugs each having 4-pin, male, straight connectors and coded as A-coded. The insulation resistance is rated at ≥ 100 GΩ according to IEC 60512 standards. The EtherCAT cable is suited for drag-chain applications with a high number of mating cycles exceeding 100 and a recommended torque of 0.4 Nm for the connector nut. The cable also features wire insulation made from polypropylene (PP) and the cable jacket color is green. The wire color code includes yellow, orange, white and blue for easy identification. The product is suitable for use in Ethernet Cat5 applications and meets UL standards with its high quality durable construction.

The ZK1090-3131-1060 EtherCAT cable is composed of 19 x 0.1 mm conductor construction with a 1 x 4 x 0.14 mm² (AWG26) cross section encased in a PUR (polyurethane) jacket for durability. The outer diameter is 5.4 mm ± 0.3 mm. The model can operate under conditions of 10 m/s² maximum acceleration and 15 m/s maximum speed. The cable's shielding is a braiding of tinned copper wires with 90 % optical coverage. This offers excellent protection from electromagnetic interference. The bending radius is 20 times the outer diameter for movement and 4 times for fixed installation. The cable’s maximum cycle rating is 20 million under specific conditions ensuring long term performance.
