The ZK1090-3100-0150 EtherCAT cable is designed for Ethernet based systems with a 30 V rated voltage and superior shielding attenuation (≥ 43 dB). It features a cross section of 1 x 4 x 0.14 mm² (AWG 26). The outer cable diameter is 5.4 mm with a tolerance of ± 0.3 mm while the weight is approximately 40 kg per kilometer. It’s engineered for dynamic movements supporting a maximum speed of 15 m/s and accelerations up to 10 m/s². The cable is capable of enduring 20 million cycles with a drag-chain suitable design and a minimum bending radius of 20 times the outer cable diameter when in motion. The cable’s optical shielding coverage is 90 % that ensures reduced signal interference. This cable features a star quad structure with a conductor construction of 19 x 0.1 mm tinned copper wires. The cable can withstand test voltages of up to 700 V.

This ZK1090-3100-0150 EtherCAT cable has excellent dielectric strength between wires and shielding (1000 V DC/700 V AC). Its electrical insulation resistance is ≥ 150 MΩ/km and it offers a low signal running time at 5.55 ns/m. It offers a characteristic impedance of 100 Ω ± 15 Ω at 100 MHz and a loop resistance of 250 Ω/km. The model is jacketed in polyurethane (PUR). The model offers robust protection and oil resistance according to DIN EN 60811-404 standards. This motor cable operates efficiently in harsh environments with a temperature range from – 40 °C to + 80 °C and it complies with RoHS and UL standards.
