The PS1111-2403-0000 power supply is a reliable and compact single phase 24V DC unit from the PS1000 family. It is designed for applications requiring stable power output with high efficiency by providing a maximum output current of 3.8 A and output power of 90 W.
The power supply accepts a wide input voltage range from 100 to 240 V AC. The model has a switch on current limiter to prevent high inrush currents and its typical input current is 0.95 A at 230 V AC. The device meets NEC Class 2 requirements and features a robust protection system including hiccup mode in case of overload or short circuits. The power supply’s output operates on a UI characteristic curve and the adjustable output voltage ranges from 24 to 28 V DC. The power supply's efficiency is approximately 93.8 % with a mains frequency of 50 – 60 Hz. The model is built with a DC OK LED to monitor output voltage status.
The PS1111-2403-0000 power supply is compact measuring 36 mm in width, 90 mm in height and 91 mm in depth with a weight of about 270 g. The module is designed for installation on a 35 mm DIN rail and conforms to EN 60715 standards. The model’s housing is made of durable polycarbonate/ABS material. The power supply unit is rated for an operating temperature range of – 10 °C to + 70 °C and complies with EN 60068-2 standards for shock and vibration resistance. The IP20 protection rating ensures the power supply is protected from dirt but not from water. The wiring uses screw type connections and the power supply is CE marked and UL61010 approved.
