This small and resourceful Beckhoff KL8001-0000 is a power terminal designed for integration with Siemens Sirius for industrial automation setups. Beckhoff is best known for its various technologies as well as PC-based control technology which perform complex control tasks in a high-grade manner using efficient equipment.

This KL8001-0000 power terminal has 3R contactors size S00, type 3RT 10 1 and can support up to 10 contactors each with a typical current consumption of 140 mA. It features screw terminals capable of handling wire sizes up to 2 x 2.5 mm² even with a maximum current load of 25 A which is protected by a fuse. It is short-circuiting proof up to 5 kA and its internal resistance is less than 1 mohms by ensuring efficient performance. This power terminal device offers selectable tripping classes by ranging from 5 to 30 with a nominal current setting range between 0.9 A and 9.9 A. Configuration is automatic via fieldbus and its process image bit width is 64 bits for input/output by including 8 bits for control/status and 32 bits for data. It has a mass of approximately 90 g and operates in temperatures from 0 to 55°C up to 95% humidity without condensation. It complies with key standards such as EN 60947-4-1 and carries CE markings.
