Product Description
The KL3204-0018 is a bus terminal developed by Beckhoff, a company known for producing innovative solutions for automation technology. The terminal is made to measure temperature using different kinds of sensors to give computer systems accurate and reliable data processing. The terminal comes with many useful features that make sure temperature readings and controls work perfectly in industrial automation settings.
The KL3204-0018 bus terminal works with different kinds of sensors, such as Pt200, Pt100, Pt1000, Pt500, Ni1000, Ni120, and Ni100. The bus terminal also works with resistance measuring tools, such as potentiometers, that range from 10 Ω to 1.2/5 kΩ. Ni sensors can measure between -60°C and +250°C and Pt sensors can measure between -200°C and +850°C. There are two wires used to connect the product, and the exchange time is usually 250 ms. The terminal gives a very accurate reading with a range of less than ±1°C and a precision of 0.1°C per digit. The KL3204-0018 usually has a measuring current of 0.5 mA and can separate the K-bus voltage from the signal voltage with 500 V of electrical separation and around 60 mA from the K-bus.
The KL3204-0018 bus terminal is special because it can find open circuits and doesn't need to be coded with an address because it can be set up by the user or the Bus Coupler. Weighing about 70 grams, it can work in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 60°C. It can be stored from -40°C to 85°C. It meets many standards, such as EN 60068-2-6 and EN 61000-6-2, so it works well in a lot of different settings and CE, UL, ATEX, IECEx, and DNV GL have cleared it. We offer reliable customer service and ship our products all over the world.
