Product Description
The Beckhoff IL2302-B520 Coupler Box is a small and flexible device made for sending digital signals in industrial control settings. The Coupler Box is made by Beckhoff, a business known for its high-performance automation solutions. The coupler box has both digital inputs and outputs, so the coupler can be used with a number of different control systems.
With an input filter time of 3.0 ms, the Beckhoff IL2302-B520 coupler box has four digital input channels and four digital output channels. The box works with a 24 V DC power source that can handle voltages between -15% and +20%. Each digital output can handle up to 0.5 A of current and has its own short-circuit safety, with a short-circuit current of 1.5 A. The coupler box communicates using DeviceNet and IP-Link, and the box has a bit width of 4 inputs and 4 outputs in the process image. The thin design, that measures 30 mm across, 175 mm tall, and 26.5 mm deep, is protected by a strong PA6 polyamide plastic shell. Attaching the signal is done with M12 screw-type connectors, and connecting the power source is done with an M8 connector that can handle both 2 and 3-wire configurations.
With protection grades of IP65, IP66, and IP67, the IL2302-B520 Coupler Box is made to handle stress from the environment. The coupler box can work in temperatures from 0°C to +55°C and be stored in temperatures from -25°C to +85°C. The box meets EN 60068-2-6 for resistance to shaking and EN 60068-2-27 for resistance to shock. EMC norms EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4 say that it is immune to and doesn't give off noise. Operational safety is ensured by a 500 V electrical isolation between the control power and the fieldbus. Our products have a one-year replacement warranty with worldwide shipping.
