Product Description
The Beckhoff EL3602-0002 is an EL EtherCAT terminal that measures input voltage; it is optimized for a two-channel configuration and delivers enhanced resolution measurement with 24 bits of precision. It features differential input and allows measurement of signal voltages within a -200 mV to 200 mV range, thus, it can also be utilized in applications that require low signal levels but are of high precision.
The input leakage resistances are internally more than 200 kΩ guaranteeing very little distortion of the signals being measured. The terminal can be set to four ranges: default 20 ms, 1-400 ms options to configure. The range is more extensive to meet a variety of applications. It incorporates a 10 kHz input filter to limit noise with crosstalk suppression ratio of greater than 60 dB, improving working efficiency and dependability of the device in complex industries.
Despite the terminal operating voltage of 35 V, the common mode input voltage is rated protection against potentially dangerous voltages between the input channels. Measurement error is less than ±0.05 % of measurement at 25°C using 50 Hz filter ensuring a lot of reasonable condition. The terminal has an E-bus supply current of 190 mA and can work at ambient temperature of 0 °C to +55 °C; but can be used to -25 °C. The EL3602-0002 is very light weighing around 60g and easily attaches to any 35mm DIN rail. Other features include CE, UL, ATEX and IECEx approvals making it ideal for hazardous environments, compliant and certifiable according international safety standards. To safely use the terminal, the power supply must come from a SELV/PELV which serves the purpose of electric isolation as well as protection.
