The ek1122-0080 is a 2-port EtherCAT junction from Beckhoff Automation designed to enhance the flexibility of EtherCAT networks. This model allows for the configuration of EtherCAT star topologies, enabling modular setups by using multiple EK1122-0080 units in a station. It is equipped with two RJ45 sockets for connection technology and supports connection lengths of up to 100 meters.

The EK1122 EtherCAT junction supports Fast Hot Connect technology, significantly reducing connection times for EtherCAT components with changing topologies.
