The CX5130-0130 embedded PC model by Beckhoff features a Windows Standard 7 P 64 Bit operating system and an Intel Atom® E3827 dual-core processor.

The CX5130-0130’s processor offers a clock rate of 1.75 GHz, and the system features a massive main memory to operate smoothly. The 4 GB DDR3 RAM, along with integrated persistent memory of 1-second UPS support, account for super-fast speed and real-time data storage. The CX5130-0130 embedded PC offers two Gigabit-capable ethernet interfaces, 4 USB 2.0 interfaces, and one DVI-I interface. There is an optional interface to establish more operation gateways. The CX5130-0130 automatically recognizes E-bus or K-bus input-output connections. The CX5130-0130 PC system comes without TwinCAT control software. Therefore, either TwinCAT 2 runtime or TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR) software should be ordered separately if the purpose of the system is to run/control PLC accessories and applications.

The CX5130-0130 CPU offers multiple diagnostic LEDs for power, PC status, flash access, and bus status. This embedded PC has a low voltage consumption as it can operate on 24 V DC power supply. The maximum power consumption (without loading UPS) is 14 W and with loading UPS, it is 20 W. The CX5130-0130 PC can withstand various conditions. It can operate in an environment as cold as -25 degrees Celsius and as hot as 60 degrees Celsius, and stored in an environment with a temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius. The PC conforms to EN directives with respect to shock resistance and EMC emission and offers IP20 class protection as well.
