The CX5130-0125 CPU module is engineered by Beckhoff for industrial automation applications. It features an Intel Atom E3827 processor with 1.75 GHz speed and two cores that deliver efficient performance for demanding tasks. With integrated connectivity options such as 2 x RJ45 ports, 4 x USB 2.0 ports, and a DVI-I interface, it provides the necessary interfaces for smooth operation in automation processes. The module also offers support for multiple operating systems which include Windows 10 IoT Enterprise that enhance its adaptability in various control systems.
The CX5130-0125 CPU module is equipped with 4 GB of DDR3 RAM which makes it suitable for tasks that require stable memory. The device supports CFast and microSD card slots for additional storage. It also integrates a 1-second uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with 1 MB of memory stored on a CFast card that ensures short-term backup during power interruptions. The CPU module uses passive cooling which eliminates the need for moving parts that lead to less maintenance and longer operational life. Diagnostic LEDs provide real-time status indicators, including power, TC status, flash access, and bus status that allow for quick troubleshooting. The clock is backed by an internal battery which maintains accurate time and date settings even during power failures. It is an exchangeable battery feature for long-term reliability.
