Product Description

The CX5130-0112 is a quality embedded PC manufactured by Beckhoff. It comes with a pre-installed Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system, 4GB DDR3 Random Access Memory (RAM), and an Intel Atom® dual core processor. It is very flexible with a light weight of 960g and dimensions of 142 mm x 100 mm x 92 mm (W x H x D). The CX5130-0112 can be modified based on the requirements of ATEX and IECEx certifications. It is highly resistant to shock and vibrations in accordance with EN 60068-2-6. It has the TwinCAT 2 NC PTP runtime control software which forms the major part of its control system.

This automation technology created by Beckhoff can also be used to turn PC- based system into a point-to-point NC. The PCs persistent memory consists of an integrated 1-second UPS. In case of power failure, the 1-second UPS has the capability to store up to 1 MB of persistent data on the CFast card or MicroSD card. This PC is also designed with an internal battery backup for displaying date and time.

The Bus Terminals of CX5130-0112 otherwise known as the K-bus can be fixed to the right part of the power supply point for easy recognition. 24 V DC power is supplied to its bus terminals through the spring-loaded power contact. It has two independent RJ45 Ethernet interfaces with an integrated switch. The two Ethernets have separate configurations and they work with EtherCAT communication. Once this device is connected to the UPS, it max power consumption is 20 W.
