The CX5120 series comes in multiple variants, each option having its own unique properties. The CX5120-0160 is one of the most efficient options of this series. The Intel Atom single-core processor in this PC has a clock rate of 1.46 GHz to ensure its functionality at high speed. At this speed, you can be sure it will meet your industrial requirements of task execution. The CX5120-0160 is also designed with compact hardware, and runs without TwinCAT control software. The PCs main memory consists of non-expandable 2 GB DDR3 RAM.
Another unique feature of The CX5120-0160 is the Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2019 LT SC 32-bit operating system which gives the device a high standard of operating power. It also effectively utilizes supplied power. The maximum power consumption is 11W but can increase to about 18 W with loading UPS. This means you don’t have to be bothered about the excessive power consumption of your PC or an abnormal increase in temperature. A bonus feature of the CX5120-0160 is an internal battery-backed clock for time and date, and the battery is also exchangeable.
