The CX9020-0111-1002 embedded PC is a compact energy efficient controller designed for industrial automation tasks. It features a 1 GHz Arm® Cortex®-A8 processor and 1 GB of non expandable DDR3 RAM. The system offers flexible connectivity options including 2 x RJ45 10/100 Mbit/s Ethernet ports, 4 x USB 2.0 ports and 1 x DVI-D interface. This model includes the Windows Embedded Compact 7 operating system and TwinCAT 2 PLC runtime software. The unit operates on 24 V DC and is protected by an IP20 rating which makes it suitable for non-hazardous environments. The model also offers extensive environmental resistance with an operating temperature range of – 25 °C to + 60 °C and storage capabilities down to – 40 °C. It conforms to multiple standards such as ATEX, IECEx and cFMus for safe operation in hazardous areas.

The CX9020-0111-1002 embedded PC has 128 kB of NOVRAM for data retention that makes it highly reliable in demanding applications. Its power consumption is rated at 5 W and increases to 9 W when operating with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS). The model supports either E-bus or K-bus I/O connections for additional flexibility. This ensures compatibility with a wide variety of input/output configurations. The controller is compliant with a wide range of EMC and vibration standards that ensure robust performance in industrial environments. The model weighs approximately 590 grams and has compact dimensions of 84 x 100 x 91 mm. The embedded PC is designed for space efficient installations.
