The Embedded PC CX9020-0110-1005 by Beckhoff is a compact efficient industrial controller optimized for versatile industrial automation applications. It is suitable for environments requiring reliable control solutions such as manufacturing and process control.

The CX9020 series PC conforms to IP20 protection standards and has a wide operating temperature range from – 25 °C to + 60 °C. It is built for high EMC immunity complying with EN 61000-6-2/EN 61000-6-4 standards and its shock resistance meets EN 60068-2-6/EN 60068-2-27 requirements. Power input operates at 24 V DC with a maximum power consumption of 10 W. The system is equipped with several interfaces: two RJ45 Ethernet ports, one DVI-D, four USB 2.0 ports and an additional optional interface. This PC includes diagnostics LEDs for power, TC status, flash access and bus status and a battery backed clock for time and date functions. The model weighs approximately 590 grams and measures 84 mm x 100 mm x 91 mm. This compact unit is designed for seamless integration into automation systems and offers durability in industrial automation applications. The model has a storage temperature range of – 40 °C to + 85 °C.

This device operates with an Arm® Cortex®-A8 processor clocked at 1 GHz and includes 1 GB of DDR3 RAM. It has dual microSD slots with 512 MB pre installed supporting expandable storage. The model comes pre installed with Windows Embedded Compact 7 and supports Beckhoff’s TwinCAT 2 and TwinCAT 3 runtime software. This system supports various Ex certifications including ATEX and IECEx. The model should only be operated with the specified accessories and attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
