The CX9000-A001 Embedded PC is a compact versatile automation controller designed for industrial environments. It provides reliable processing power for industrial automation tasks. It supports Microsoft Windows CE and TwinCAT runtime systems for various control applications.

The CX9000 series PC features an Intel® IXP420 processor with XScale® Technology operating at a clock rate of 266 MHz. This Embedded PC includes 16 MB of internal flash memory expandable up to 32 MB and 64 MB of main memory also expandable to 128 MB. The model is equipped with two RJ45 ports. The model supports internal switching with speeds of 10/100 Mbit for reliable LAN connections. The model’s diagnostic LEDs indicate power, LAN status and E-Bus activity along with a specific LED for Compact Flash access. The model operates in conditions with up to 95 % relative humidity (non condensing). The unit meets the vibration and shock resistance requirements specified in EN 60068-2-6 and EN 60068-2-27/29. The device adheres to EMC resistance standards (EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-4). This embedded PC is designed for reliable automation and control applications.

The CX9000-A001 Embedded PC’s power requirements are 24 V DC with an allowable range of -15 %/+20 %. The device includes a 2 A power supply terminal designed to meet NEC class 2 standards. It is suitable for environments that require robustness with a dielectric strength of 500 V rms. The model is protected under IP20 standards. It connects via the E-Bus (EtherCAT Terminals) interface and has a 128 kB NOVRAM for critical data storage. The PC unit has a maximum power loss of 6 W, dimensions of 59 x 100 x 91 mm and weighs approximately 250 g.
