The Embedded PC CX9000-0001 is a compact and versatile controller that integrates seamlessly into automation applications. This Embedded PC is ideal for industrial automation environments that offer reliable performance for small to medium sized control tasks.

The CX9000 series PC operates with an Intel® IXP420 processor using XScale® technology at 266 MHz. It includes 16 MB of internal flash memory expandable to 32 MB and 64 MB of RAM expandable up to 128 MB. The device supports Microsoft Windows CE that makes it suitable for various automation and control applications. This PC module features dual RJ45 ports with a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet switch. These facilitate seamless communication across networked devices. The PC also incorporates diagnostic LEDs for power and network status that enhance operational monitoring. The unit features an internal battery backed clock. The battery compartment is located on the left side of the module.

The CX9000-0001 embedded PC requires a 24 V DC supply and supports a voltage range of – 15 % to + 20 % in terms of power. It meets UL requirements with a 4 A fuse or NEC Class 2-compliant power supply. The device includes an E-bus (EtherCAT Terminals) I/O connection and is equipped with 128 kB of NOVRAM for non volatile memory storage. The model has a maximum power loss of 6 W. This Embedded PC operates within an ambient temperature range of 0 °C to + 50 °C and storage temperatures from – 25 °C to + 85 °C. Its IP20 protection class ensures safe use in controlled environments. The model has a lightweight design measuring 59 mm x 100 mm x 91 mm and weighing approximately 250 g.
