The CX8010 is a high-speed Embedded PC from Beckhoff, which makes industrial automation easier to accomplish. This compact device will run applications smoothly and reliably using a 400 MHz Arm9™ processor. The flash memory configuration includes 512 MB microSD; its capacity, however, can be expanded. In addition, the product has been provided with 64 MB of DDR2 RAM which is not expandable.

Besides, a 1-second integrated UPS with 1 MB of memory on the microSD card protects the value accumulated data of the device from loss in case of temporary discontinuation of the power supply. The second variant of this type of the Embedded PC is the IEC 61131-3 programming languages support that expands the application fields for the industrial control. Other features are the possibility of web visualization, online change and up/down load code, which make the operation of the remote control pretty easy and efficient for controlling code. The product has multiple interfaces: 1 x RJ45 10/100 Mbit/s, 1 x USB device – available behind the front flap, and 1 x bus interface, thus peripherals are easy to connect and information exchange within the system.

The CX8010 is provided with 2 x RJ45 EtherCAT IN and OUT bus interfaces. Product passive cooling. This product offers the maximum reliability and maintenance-free performance. Application can be made much easier with diagnostics using LED indications, one of which is 1 x TC status and 2 x bus status plus internal battery-backed clock, which tracks time and date, with easily exchangeable battery from behind the front flap.
