The CX5020-0110-1002 is the most recent model from the company Beckhoff embedded PC. It is a part of the CX Series designed with an efficient and space-saving solution for automation tasks. Moreover, it has been provided with the Intel Atom ^{®} Z530 processor, which works at 1.6 GHz for single-core performance in industrial environments. The 512 MB RAM is a standard offering; however, to cater for harder demands, the embedded PC can be expanded up to 1 GB. The embedded PC also features an Compact Flash slot and a 128 MB of storage built directly in so there is room for expansion when it may be necessary.

The CX5020-0110-1002 has diverse networking and interface capabilities that include, for instance, the following options: 2 x RJ45 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, Ethernet ports; 1 x DVI-D for video outputting; 4 x USB 2.0, and an extra optional interface. By passive cooling, the product ensures noiseless and reliable performance without the presence of active fans.
