The CPX series Panel PCs are made by  a German based firm, Beckhoff. This PC features multi-touch display along with advanced use of technology and elegant design.

Beckhoff’s CPX2721-0010 Industrial Panel PC has a housing that can withstand and function in hazardous locations of Zone 2/22. The housing also features a glass front. The backside of the PC offers easy access to the components and the rear-end’s bottom contains its connectors. This Industrial Panel PC also comes integrated with CFast card that can be used from the outside. In order to distribute even pressure on the seal, the CPX2721-0010 comes with a solid clamping frame. For better protection, the front side is manufactured using IP 65 protection class and the backside is made using IP 20 protection class. This machine can operate within the temperature range of 0 degree C to 55 degrees C.

Intel Atom E3815 single-core processor is used in CPX2721-0010 and it features 1.46 GHz. The motherboard of this variant is 3.5 inches and its front has a 21.5-inch display unit with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. Beckhoff CPX2721-0010’s motherboard is integrated with a graphics card and a 2 GB DDR3L RAM (it can be extended to 8 GB). The PC also has two DVI-D port one of which is at the front, while the other is free. CE, ATEX, IECEx have given approval marking for this variant. The CPX2721-0010 Industrial Panel PC comes with Microsoft Windows and can function with dual-finger on the touch screen. This Panel PC can be used for machine construction or plant-engineering and is also useful in conjunction with TwinCAT automation software.
