The CP2624-0000 is a panel PC from the series of compact dual-touch panels. It can be mounted on the control cabinet and is very suitable for plant engineering applications. The CP2624-0000 implements PC based automation control. With the ARM Cortex™-A8, 1 GHz (TC3: 30) processor, this panel PC combines top-notch technology with an elegant design. Because of an LED backlight, the device can be installed horizontally in landscape mode or even vertically, in a portrait mode.
The CP2624-0000’s frontal screen is completely made from a robust glass that protects from any damage from the front side. Furthermore, the edges are made from aluminum metal that gives a great surface finish. The panel PC comes with an integrated 3½-inch motherboard that can be used with the TwinCAT automation software under Windows Embedded Compact 7. This panel PC has a 24-inch display (1920 x 1080). With a 24-volt supply, the panel-PC comes with NOVRAM that helps for fail-safe data storage. For continuous and uninterrupted operation, the CP2624-0000 comes with its own UPS. Furthermore, the panel PC has a maintenance-free design owing to lack of rotating parts.
