Beckhoff’s CP7801-1024-0010 control panel is an advanced industrial display interface designed to facilitate efficient machine control. The CP7801-1024-0010 control panel supports a DVI-D interface through an IP67 rated SG 19POL M16 connector which allows seamless video signal transmission from the industrial PC to the control panel. The connection uses both Rx and Tx shielded pins offering secure data transfer. The control panel is powered by a 24 V DC supply via a 4-pin M12 connector that ensures reliable energy input even in demanding setups. The USB 1.1 port compatible with standard USB 1.1 speeds (1.5 or 12 Mbps) supports data communication with the PC and enhances control flexibility. The panel includes a protective earthing connection to improve operational safety. This well integrated control panel offers a versatile and secure interface for streamlined industrial control. The touch screen of the control panel can be operated using fingertips or a stylus specifically designed for touch screens. Gloves are permitted for the operator; however, they must be free of any hard particles such as metal shavings or glass fragments.

The CP series control panel is shielded against dust and water with an IP65 protection rating making it suitable for rugged industrial applications. The control panel draws approximately 14 W with a 12 inch display balancing power efficiency with high visibility. The membrane keypad allows control through fingertip actuation only and is designed for intuitive use. The control panel lacks an independent power switch and activates as soon as the main power is supplied.
