The CP7202-0021-0030 is an IP65 industrial control panel built by Beckhoff Automation to provide a lasting solution for customers looking for a reliable visualization and communication system for industrial applications. The product has a compact housing and has been tested to be strong enough to function in environments that expose it to dust and water without any reduction in performance operation. The panel also features an Intel processor, a 3.5-inch motherboard and a DDR4 RAM. The display of this product is equipped with a touch screen technology through which command instructions can be sent into the system in real-time. The CP7202-0021-0030 is not intended to be installed directly on the controller; it can be fitted on a mounting arm tube that allows for installation from above or below.

The CP7202-0021-0030 display contains two interfaces installed behind the product; these interfaces include the power an Ethernet RJ45 interface. The nominal voltage required by this product for optimum operation is about 44 volts. The power supply and the protective earth of the Panel PC are connected through a 12-pin round connector. The CP7202-0021-0030 is not delivered with a connection cable; however operators can make a separate request for a compatible connection cable.

The CP7202-0021-0030 conforms to EN 61000-6-2 shock resistance standard. Users can also operate the touch screen only with bear fingers or wearing suitable gloves. It can also be controlled with a touch pen. The product can withstand up to 85 percent relative air humidity, although no condensation should not be allowed inside the device during operation.
