The unit has a light-weight aluminum build that can be used in machine and plant engineering. The rear housing of the unit features a ground bolt to establish an earthing connection so that the unit is kept safe from short-circuits. The unit is recommended to be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and no harsh chemical or hard cloth should be used to avoid scratches. The control panel is maintenance-free and its integration with Beckhoff device manager allows for smooth diagnosis.
