This Beckhoff panel is designed to be compatible with TwinCAT automation, utilizing Windows 10 IoT Enterprise for seamless integration with existing systems. The Windows 10 IoT Enterprise platform offers flexibility and enhanced usability, supporting various automation applications. The control panel supports multiple network connections via its two independent Ethernet interfaces. This makes it ideal for use as a central processing unit for an EtherCAT control system. One interface can be dedicated to connecting with the EtherCAT control system, while the other can be used for connecting to other devices or networks.
This control panel offers flexible options for storage allowing users to tailor its capacity based on their specific requirements. It is available with a CFast card and supports a 2½-inch hard disk or SSD, to suit various industrial applications. The CFast card ensures faster data transfer rates while the support for a 2½-inch hard disk or SSD provides users with additional choices for storage capacity. This unit is designed for passive cooling ensuring that it has no moving parts which helps to minimize maintenance requirements. With its efficient thermal management, the panel can be used in 0 to 55°C operating conditions without impacting its reliability.
