Beckhoff CP3912-0000 is an efficient panel PC for industrial purposes designed with a touch screen of 12 inches and touchscreen control that has a screen resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. This device is part of the CP Panel PC Series; therefore, it is engineered to be used in harsh environments with an IP65 rating against dust and water protection. This panel PC makes use of DVI and USB connection technology as well as transfer connection within a distance of 50 meters from the target PC without any loss of transmission of data accommodating the use of connecting cables. It works with the transmission of USB 2.0 standard at the rate of 480Mbit/s with good interaction with peripheral devices.

The CP3912-0000 is powered with portable 24V DC power supply and runs comfortably from 0 to 55 degree centigrade hence it is safe for many types of industrial applications. For installation, four M6 screws with 100 by 100 mm distance are provided and fit into standard Rittal and Rolec mounting systems. Furthermore, a specific application requirement may require the panel to be installed in an upright position.

A Beckhoff protective film is offered for customers who would like to increase the touch screen lifecycle or suffer from dirt and scratches. There is also a film which is a surface protection, and it may be purchased applied or separately (as a spare part). In applying the film always work under a sterile room free from dust particles and clean the surface completely, also do not forget to use a doctor blade or soft edge tool to dispel air bubbles in the course of fixing.
