The Beckhoff C6930-1016-0030 is a popular member of the Beckhoff C6 Industrial PC Series, designed on the concepts of dependability and performance to deliver high-end performance in demanding industrial situations.

Beckhoff equipped this PC with a 3½-inch aluminum shell for durability and a 3½-inch Beckhoff motherboard for high-performance computing. Intel® Core™ i7 CPUs with prior-generation components offer computing performance suitable for industrial applications. The system is designed to operate with a 24 V DC power source and includes an optional built-in UPS to provide power supply during power outages, increasing system stability and data protection. This PC is equipped with a passive cooling system that does not require a fan to operate; it maintains normal functionality at a temperature range of 55°C. This design not only reduces noise and maintenance but also increases the life cycle of the device under severe environments. Expansion is straightforward with a SATA RAID controller that supports HDDs, SSDs, and CFast cards. The first drive bay has a 2.5-inch drive which offers a large storage and protection for the data. The one does not compromise the other – the layout is expandable, with two slots for standard PC cards with dimensions of up to 190 mm, and two more slots for PCIe cards.

The PC has two stand-alone Ethernet ports for improved network connectivity in industrial integrated systems. The supported operating system is Windows IoT Enterprise, and the PC is fully compatible with TwinCAT automation software, which allows it to do sophisticated control tasks.
