The AT9000-0250 straight guide rails are appended with XTS Guide Rail System, which is meant to assist and expand the way XTS movers are able to move and position themselves. Aluminum which has hard anodized surface treatment is applied to the guide rails to support the wear and tear of the devices which aids in better performance inertia and life span. Thus, the arrangement tends to make the system avoid using oils and other similar fluids since the guide rails are integrated with the plastic rollers of the movers thereby cutting down the wear and maintenance periods.

The lengths of the guide rails are up to 2.5 meters, which makes them highly modular and quite easily scalable. The guide rails AT9000-0250 are utilized with straight motor modules such as AT2x0x-0250 with or without a feed. Also, within any configuration, due to the relative design of the straight guide rails it is possible to place L shaped or C shaped guide rails, or even the configuration made by sagging such guide rails.
