The AS2023-0H10 stepper motor is a high performance 2 phase stepper motor suitable for applications requiring precision motion control in industry. This motor has a step angle of 1.8° and a holding torque of 1.80 Nm which allows for a high level of accuracy and torque in the tasks being performed. Rated current for the motor is 5.60 A per phase and has two flange codes: N2 (NEMA23) and N3 (NEMA34) which are options for mounting. Rated with IP54 weatherproofing, the motor can also be applied in any industrial environment where the protection against dust and moisture is desired.
The AS2023-0H10 comes with integrated erosion encoder with a rate of 1024 and works with a voltage of 5 Volt TTL. It is able to work with the Beckhoff EtherCAT stepper motor terminal EL7037 and EL7047; therefore, it can be used together with tulip Beckhoff control systems. An M12 high power screw type connector is used for power supply and an M12 connector is used to connect the encoder to the motor. When it comes to smoother operation and controlling the noise produced, the motor employs minimum resonances reducing both heat generated as well as the noise produced when in use. For high precision applications, low-backlash planetary gear units also from the AG2250 series can be mounted to enhance motor capabilities. This motor is compatible with Beckhoff vector control for advanced operation and synergies with automation systems.
In order to guarantee secure mounting and operation of the motor, it is necessary that the installation operation is done only by qualified electrical personnel in terms of wiring and assembly of the motor. When the installation is done, check whether the motor is well grounded and the control and power leads properly hooked.
