The AS1030-0000 stepper motor is a sturdy and dependable apparatus, which fits most auxiliary and positioning drives for a multitude of industrial tasks. This NEMA23 stepper motor comes with a diameter of 56mm. The AS1030 unit can combine its size with a low holding torque of 0.60Nm and be used in positioning applications with strict control of motion. Operates at 24–48 V DC range of voltage with good steady operation at a resolution of 1.8 degree per step (200 full steps) and therefore good positioning without a feedback system.

The micro-stepping feature of the motor assists in improving positioning and hence application in synchronization functions e.g. like cam plates or flying saws when used with TwinCAT NC PTP. The rated current for this stepper motor is 1.5 A, which is expected to provide operational performance without excessive energy consumption. The integration self is also simple as the motor is fitted with M12 cable bundle connectors, allowing for proper wiring with ease.

The AS1030 is built for industrial usage and so it functions in the temperature range of 0 to +40 degrees centigrade and is CE certified. Its small motor dimensions and design within 38.1 mm (internal shaft diameter), 54 mm flange (flange length), and 47.14 mm motor length can also be entrust used in applications where there is space constraint.
