The AM8563-1T1A-0000 is a three-phase synchronous servomotor with high inertia and operating ruggedization plate that utilizes the permanent magnet excited three-phase synchronous servomotor for high performing applications that need precise synchronization and good optimal load inertia to motor ratios. Stator winding of this motor is operable in the voltage range of 100-480 V AC. This motor is capable of delivering a standstill torque of 29.0 Nm, a peak torque of 111 Nm and a rated torque of 22.3 Nm, which are all considered very convenient in application areas where accuracy and stability are key considerations. With the rated speed of the motor being 1500 RPM and the output power being 3.50 kW, it is quite efficient and reliable in operations that entail high torque loads.
The AM8563-1T1A-0000 also has feedback systems such as resolvers and multi-turn absolute encoders OCT, Hiperface, EnDat 3 with 24-bit resolution which are certified up to SIL 3 when used for position control in automation for better safety. The moment of inertia to the rotor along (66.1 kgcm²) sorts the motor as the best for application areas which require stability of the load.
An additional element of electrical protection has the painted inside-installed thermal insulation, thermal inertia, speed-limiting devices on the rotor. Great convection is incorporated in the design. Cooling equipment is not required to be external in operation because it works without external cooling. The outer surface of the motor skirt housing made of aluminum die casting with a dark gray powder coated finish (RAL7016) – IP54 rating with optional shaft seal for enhanced dust and moisture ingress protection – IP65.
