AM8532-1D10-0000 - is a high efficiency industrial three-phase synchronous motor that is permanent magnet excited. This motor is rated to operate within a voltage of between 100 V AC and 480 V AC and has a standstill and a rated torque of 2.38 Nm and 2.30 Nm respectively. The motor is rated to produce a peak torque of 11.66 Nm and when running at a speed of 3000 min⁻¹, is rated to produce a power of 0.72 kW. The motor has a standstill current of 1.70 A but can withstand currents of up to 9.60 A. The motor has a torque constant of 1.40 Nm/A and the rotor moment of inertia is 2.05 kgcm² thus the motor is quite appropriate for applications that demand stable and dynamic torque control.
The motor has several feedback options which particularly include, a resolver, a single turn absolute encoder, and several types of OCT (One Cable Technology) configurations. These configurations comprise of 18-bit and 24-bit SIL 2 rate single or multi-turn absolute encoders with electronic name plating and EnDat 3 feedback systems that is 19-bit resolution, SIL 3 rated all assist and augment the devices offering more advanced feedback systems. Convection cooling is employed, enabling efficient running of the motor at a temperature range of +5 to +40 degrees Celsius. The motor implements itec® plug connection technology, which guarantees the integrity of these connections.
However, this statement does not apply to the performance constant – up to reading constant only the performance characteristics shown of the other performance characteristics are at standard 40 degrees celsius ambient temperature and w BP in the yoke 100 K overtemperature. These values have a margin of error within +/- 10%.
