Product Description
The AM8122-1F21-0000 embodies a permanent magnet-excited three-phase synchronous motor with advanced technology and is built to be used in applications that are very accurate and entails no chances of error at all. It operates nominally from around 24 V DC to 48 V DC with a standstill and rated torque of 0.80Nm, and a peak rotor torque of 4.06 Nm. It further provides a rated speed of 2000 min⁻¹ when the power output is 0.17kW. It has a torque constant of 0.20 Nm /A and rotor inertia which equals 0.253kgcm2 thus fast torque moving and accurate torque thrust is achieved.
Other feedback devices include resolver, single turn absolute encoders, OConnect, oct-0ct-20-6 or other OCT configurations, 18-bit, and 24-bit SIL 2 capable encoders and or multi-turn encoders with electronic nameplates  and EnDat 3 feedback of 19 bit resolution 3 capable. These feedback features induce accurate residual position and reliable exceed safe limits in areas where safety and soundness are paramount. Ventilation helps achieve this, owing the motor to operate efficiently at ambient temperature of 5 to +40 degrees Celsius. The motor interfaces with Itec® plug connection technology which is indeed safe and reliable.
Motor parts should not be handled in such a way, while in transport that could bend them or cause changes in insulation clearances. A motor should be mounted in clean environments free from conductive or other aggressive materials. The liquids have to be prevented from entering the bearings in a special way during V3-mounting (that is, the one where the shaft face is pointing upwards). If encapsulation is required, please contact the applications department, as this needs prior agreement.
