Out of the AM8100 series, the AM8113-0F21-0000 is the three-phase synchronous motor with permanent magnet excited and designed as High End Induction Motor. However, this motor is ideal for operations such as usage during constant torque and constant speed because it operates within the nominal voltage range of 24 – 48 V DC and provides a rated torque of 0.50 Nm and almost the same standstill torque of 0.52 Nm.

The AM8113-0F21-0000 with speed of 3000 min⁻¹ and power output 0.16 kW is aimed for high-end performance. Its capacity of absorbing peak torque which is as high as 2.04 Nm makes it easy to work in difficult circumstances. The rotor inertia moment of 0.067 kgcm² makes the motor fast to accelerate and decelerate which is essential in motion control. This type includes modern motor feedback system with a lot of options including electronic name plate multi-turn absolute encoder, resolver, single-turn absolute encoder and OCT of 18 bit resolution. The motor has an encoder of 24 bit SIL 2 cc and is single turn/multi turn for use in applications that require coding and safety. This guarantees safe and accurate operation.

Cooling is achieved by convection, as well as the motor, which works in an ambient temperature of +5 to +40°C. The use of iTec® plug connection technology makes installation easy and secure. It is worth mentioning that the AM8113-0F21-0000 product cannot be sold as machinery under the European Community Machinery Directive. Hence, the use of it in devices or systems is possible only if the device or system itself has been proven CE compliant.
