The Beckhoff AM237M-0001 or AM Servo Motors are highly efficient and compact servo motors that deliver high performance and dynamic motion control. The AM237M operates at a stationary torque of 1 Nm at a stall current of 1.6 A. For high speed applications, the motor is suitable as it provides ample torque throughout the rotation. The motor has a speed of around 6000 min⁻¹ making the motor suitable for use in fast applications including robots, packaging machinery and automation systems.

The exact weight of the motor in question is 2.7 kg. When motion is concerned, torque is also a significant factor that must be considered. The inertia of the rotor is around 1. 08 kg. The torques that also assist with motion analytically are rapid in providing the assistance required or needed. The protection class/support of the motor is IP65.
