The X67DO1332 module is an upgrade from the traditional I/O module since it requires less wiring and can be installed and operated in a diverse range of applications. As part of the X67 series manufactured by B&R Automation, the system features IP 67 protection for a industry standard performance. The unit requires minimal service cost as it is open type and individual sensors and actuators can easily be replaced for an efficient diagnostic. The option for unlimited expansions future proofs the system since it can always be upgraded with any required attachment without getting outdated.

The X67DO1332 module supports eight digital channels that work with 24 VDC supply>>. The unit comes with M12 B-keyed X2X link connection. The system consumes total power of 2.75 W and it includes the consumption of both the internal module and the X2X link. Although the unit requires 24 VDC supply voltage for normal operation but it can work with voltages as low as 18 VDC and as high as 30 VDC too. The system comes with both overcurrent and shortcircuit protection functions. Its rugged design stands out from the fact that it operates optimally up to a temperature of 60 degree celsius. Additionally, it can be stored at high temperatures up to 85 degree celsius without any negative effects or damage. The unit weighs just 180 grams.
