The X67AI1333 system has an impressive IP67 rating with a wel designed flexible body manufactured by B&R Automation as part of the X67 series. It comes with an impressive IP 67 protection rating and can be easily installed and operated under demanding and extreme industrial environments. The module is highly reliable as it has integrated reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, and protection with switching inductances. All the necessary communications and I/Os are galvanically isolated and any disturbance on the I/O side does not affect the bus functionality. The advanced status messages and visual status indicators enable for clear-cut diagnostics and makes the user-experience really convenient.
The X67AI1333 has an impressive four input channels of 0.2 mA with a resolution of 16 bit. The conversion time is also great at 400 microseconds and the unit consumes power of 3 W whereas the power consumption of the X2X link is 0.75 W. A voltage of 24 VDC is normally required for smooth operation whereas it can work with up to The 12-bit digital converter resolution allows for optimum industrial standard operation and it can be mounted in any orientation. The unit is robust and operates in a temperature range of -25 to 60 degree celsius whereas it can be stored or transported in a temperature range of -40 to 85 degree celsius. A voltage of 24 VDC is sufficient for nominal operation whereas it can work with up to a voltage of 30 VDC. The rugged design allows for operation up to a temperature of 60 degree celsius and supports an analog input load of greater than 300 ohms. The system can be stored safely in a temperature range of -40 to 85 degree celsius. The isolation voltage between input and Bus is 500 veff.
