Product Description

X20TB1F is a terminal block. It is used for wiring of X20 24 Volts DC modules with 16 connections. The module has 16 pins. The nominal voltage is 24 Volts DC and the maximum voltage is 50 Volts DC. The nominal current rating is 2 Amps per contact. Resistance of the contacts is less than or equal to 5 megaohms. The operating temperature and humidity correspond to the module used. Field staff don't need to use tools for wiring as the wires can be easily connected due to support for push-in technology. Wire can be releases easily with a screwdriver. Each terminal on the X20TB1F block can be labeled. Plain text labeling is an option. The module allows access for standard test probes. Customer-coding facility is available.

The manufacturer only permits use of high-quality copper wires. Aluminum wires are strictly prohibited. The required push-in force is 10 N per contact. The wire stripping length specified by B & R is 7 to 9 millimeters. When using single wires, the recommended size is 28 to 16 AWG (0.08 to 1.5 mm2). When using find-stranded wires, the recommended size is 24 to 16 AWG (0.25 to 1.5 mm2). When wire with sleeve is used, the recommended size is 24 to 20 AWG (0.25 to 0.75 mm2). The above-to-below distance between adjacent contacts is 8.25 millimeters. The left-to-right distance between adjacent contacts is 8.25 millimeters. Certifications for the X20TB1F module include CE, UKCA, ATEX, UL, DNV, LR, ABS, and BV. To avoid terminal damage, B&R recommends using the X20AC0SD1 screwdriver. B&R also does not permit working on a disconnected terminal block that carries voltages starting at 50 Volts.
