Product Description
X20TB06 is a terminal block. It used for wiring of 24 Volts DC from the X20 series. Terminal blocks offer several advantages for industrial applications. They make it easy to connect and disconnect wires without the need for soldering, help organize wiring, and make it easier to identify and isolate problems in circuits. A major benefit of the X20TB06 terminal block is that it enables tool-free wiring. Push-in technology allows easy wiring connection. A release lever enables wire release. It is possible to label each wiring terminal on the X20TB06 terminal. A hole is available on each connection point for test probe access. The terminal block can be customer coded as per requirements. There are 6 pins on the terminal block. The typical push-in force per contact is 10 N.
Use of only copper wires is recommended. Use of aluminum wires is strictly not permitted. The recommended wire stripping length range is 7 to 9 millimeters. Single-wires with 0.08 to 2.5 mm2 cross-section (28 to 14 AWG) can be used. Fine-stranded wires with 0.25 to 2.5 mm2 (24 to 14 AWG) can be used. The left to right distance between the contacts is 4.2 millimeters. The above to below distance between the wires is 10.96 millimeters. The nominal voltage rating for the X20TB06 terminal block is 240 Volts AC / 48 Volts DC. The maximum permitted voltage is 300 Volts AC / 60 Volts DC. The nominal current rating is 10 Amps per contact. The resistance of each contact is less than 5 megaohms. The terminal block is certified by ATEX for Zone 2, UL for industrial control equipment, LR for ENV1, KR and ABS. Installation and maintenance of the X20TB06 terminal block should carried out by trained personnel.
