X20SP1130 is an X20 series power supply module for internal I/O. It is designed and manufactured by B & R Automation. It is equipped with one safe digital output with 10 Amps nominal current. This module is used to disconnect the power supply to X20 I/Os in safety-related applications. Semiconductor technology used for output ensures the safety-related characteristics are independent of the number of operation cycles. The module works with Automation Studio version 2.0.81.15 or later, Automation Runtime version 3.00 or later, SafeDESIGNER version 2.7 or later, Safety Release version 1.2 or later, and mapp Technology Package version 5.7.0 or later. LED indicators provide module and I/O channel diagnostics. Software is also available for module run/error diagnostics.

The X20SP1130 module supports blackout mode which enables configuration even in the event of network failure. The maximum I/O cycle time is 800 microseconds. Bus on the power the X20SP1130 module draws 0.2 Watts and internal I/O draw 1.5 Watts. The actuators dissipate additional 3 Watts. The MTTfd or mean time to dangerous failure is 2500 years and the mission time is maximum 20 years. The I/O power supply requires a line fuse rated for 10 Amps. The one safe digital output is a FET type with 24 Volts DC nominal voltage and 10 Amps nominal output. The braking voltage during inductive load switch off is 1 Volt DC. The error detection time is 2 seconds and the bus to channel isolation is 500 Volts. The module complies with IP20 ingress protection housing. The supply module installs vertically or horizontally. As it is designed for industrial use, the supply module handling and installation should be performed by qualified technical personnel.
