The X20SLX806 openSAFETY manager includes flexible management for safe machine choices, such as support for managing parameters and settings. The manager provides reliable control and tracking with 8 safe digital inputs and a sink circuit. For accurate communication, the manager has 4 pulse outputs. Customizable software input filters for each channel make sure that safety steps are right for each application. Furthermore, the manager has 6 secure digital outputs that use an output type B source circuit with a rating of 0.2 A. This provides built-in output safety for the best performance and durability.

The openSAFETY manager X20SLX806 works with both ACOPOS P3 and ACOPOSmulti drives, that makes it flexible for manufacturing automation systems with multiple axes of motion. Supporting ENDAT 2.2 sin/cos encoders, the module gets CAT 4 / PL e / SIL 3 safety performance and provides Safe Torque Off, Safe Brake Control, Safe Operating Stop, Safe Stop with time monitoring, Safe Limited Speed, Safe Limited Acceleration, and Safe Homing functions. This module can take a 10 A power input and has three different output configurations: Output A has six 0.2 A outputs, Output B has two 0.5 A outputs, and Output C has two 0.2 A outputs.
