This product is the B&R Automation X20DI8371 that is a digital input module of the X20 Series of products used in industrial automation control systems. This module has a nominal voltage of 24 VDC and the typical input currents are 3.75 mA.

The above model X20DI8371 has a programmable input filter which is factory set for 1ms but it can be set at 0 to 25ms and each signal can be generated in 0.2 ms intervals to satisfy certain needs. The module also offers features for diagnostics through the use of LED and software where it is possible to monitor the I/O functions, the state of operation, and the state of the module. Power consumption of the X20DI8371 is rated at 0.18 W from the bus and 1.2 W from the external I/O.
